B.J. Thomas announced to the audience during a concert at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi that he had to hit the road at the end of the show, but if staying overnight, he would have been staying at the Wilson House Inn B & B!

Others who have visited the Wilson House Inn and personally discovered “The Secret” include our state Governor, State Treasurer, BBC film crews, authors, performers & celebrities.  Actor Russell Crowe tried to rent our entire B & B during the filming of “The Insider”, but we had to decline his offer due to our prior commitments to other guests and the inconvenience involving special requests!

Our unique 2-story log B & B has been written into the story line of a western novel! Author Doug Bowman (Author, Country & Western Music singer/songwriter & performer who toured and sang with Tex Ritter for many years) used the Wilson House Inn set back in time as a “boarding house” in one of his popular novels a few years ago, complete with an accurate description of the house with its log construction and the large wraparound porch, and particularly describing the hot homemade biscuits that are served for breakfast!

* We have since added two more guest rooms!

Beautiful circa 1923 log home moved to present site.  Has 4 rooms* available ranging in size from single to King size.  Breakfast was a full-blown southern breakfast, not a wimpy continental breakfast. The preserves were all made by the hostess as were the fresh home-made biscuits! Yumm! ...
